Mooi strand uitje met uitzicht op de oceaan

Deze vakantie-accommodatie, gelegen aan de overkant van de toegangspunten tot het strand van Tennessee en North Carolina en de beroemde Ocean Grill en Tiki Bar, biedt een op de kust geïnspireerd ontwerp dat u meteen op eilandtijd brengt. Terwijl u door de voordeur op het tweede niveau loopt, wordt u begroet met een grote en open lay-out die perfect is voor het vermaken van kleine of grote gezinnen. Terwijl je je over de hardhouten vloeren en in de keuken begeeft, zul je veel upgrades opmerken, zoals lambrisering, granieten werkbladen en roestvrijstalen apparaten. Dit vakantiehuis wordt geleverd met alles wat u nodig hebt om een huisgemaakte maaltijd met zitplaatsen beschikbaar te maken voor grote groepen aan de eettafel, de bar, de woonkamer en buitenshuis. Het hoogste niveau beschikt ook over een gastentoilet en 1 van 4 slaapkamers in het huis met een queensize bed. Eenmaal boven heeft u toegang tot de hoofdslaapkamer en de tweede logeerkamer. De hoofdslaapkamer biedt de ultieme ontsnapping terwijl u op vakantie bent. Het beschikt over een luxe kingsize bed en een eigen badkamer met dubbele wastafel en een inloopwatervaldouche. En wat is een betere manier om te ontspannen dan op uw eigen privédek. De hoofdslaapkamer heeft een overdekt terras met uitzicht op de oceaan die perfect zijn voor die zonsopgangfoto's, om te genieten van uw ochtendkoffie of een slaapmutsje na een lange dag in de zon. Tegenover de hal is een ruime logeerkamer met nog een kingsize bed en een aangrenzende badkamer met voldoende natuurlijk licht dat zeker zal plezieren. Bovendien bevindt de wasruimte zich op de overloop boven. Op het lagere niveau vindt u de vierde gast slaapkamer toegankelijk via de garage en aangrenzende complete badkamer. De extra grote slaapkamer bevat twee grote stapelbedden, ingebouwde kasten met een magnetron en een kleine koelkast. Deze eigenschap beschikt over flatscreen smart-tv's met kabel en streaming Netflix, Hulu, Sling, Amazon Prime in elke slaapkamer en in de woonkamer.

INBEGREPEN: WIFI, schoonmaak, volledig ingerichte keuken, papieren goederen en ALLE linnengoed, inclusief alle beddengoed + bad + strandlakens om u het gedoe / de kosten te besparen van het apart huren ($ 200-300 + waarde)! Bij aankomst zijn de bedden opgemaakt met fris, fris beddengoed en zijn er complete sets zachte handdoeken beschikbaar. Strandfietsen, koeler, strandkar en strandaccessoires zijn ook voorzien voor uw plezier.

Over all the stay was great. The only thing that I could say needed improvement was the cleanliness of the grill. I left the grill much cleaner than when we arrived. It wasn’t bad, but this was just for your information. Everyone enjoyed their stay and said that they would like to stay there again.. Thank you 🙏

Very Nice Location

The villa was very nicely appointed with two King size bedrooms with ensuites on top floor, one queen on the main floor, and a great teenager lounge/bedroom on the base floor behind the garage that had two full-sized bunk beds and could easily sleep 6 with microwave, fridge, and tv. Kitchen was fresh and modern. (it was lacking in dishes, could only accommodate one meal for three people so it could use a restock in its supply of plates, bowls, etc.) The beds were comfortable. The bath towels provided were the white general, we would recommend you take your own bathroom towels. The location is directly across from the ocean and a restaurant/beach pier bar and near downtown. Also has garage parking available. Finally, I would say GREAT porches/balconies with nice furnishings. Overall very nice and we would return.

Not worth your time

Very disappointed because this was my 1st time to the beach since COVID and 1st time in 4 years that I have been able to go to the beach with my family. 1st day showering was a nightmare with water backing up and hair floating in the water. My daughter had the same issue with water backing up in her shower. Asked maintenance to check for hair in the other 2 bathrooms and sure enough the drains were clogged with hair. I had to leave the beach 2 times on the 1st day to meet maintenance personnel to clean out the shower drain clogged with hair. Day 2 no internet for the entire day. On day 3 internet went out again. We had to reboot the modem and router 2 times. Overall cleanliness lacking. You can bring an animal for free. The housekeepers are not vacuuming the couches and taking out the cushions to get the cat hair and dog hair. Sand is everywhere in the house even though it was cleaned. The floors were not washed properly after each tenant leaves.

NYE Gala Stay

Excellent property that had everything we wanted plus more!! Super clean, very tastefully decorated and lots of extras (bikes, beach towels, grill, shampoo/conditioner/shower gel). Extremely easy check in and check out with standard requests upon leaving. Minor issue with one of the showers that we just wanted to let the property know about (didn’t need fixed right away) and they sent someone to us within an hour! Now that is service!!! Thanks so much for a great stay! Highly recommend and hope to stay again.

The house was in a great location with easy access to the beach. The bikes that were provided were in great working order. The porches were lovely. It would be good to mention if a family has an elderly pet or someone who has difficulty with stairs this property might not be the house for them.

Mom's Birthday vacay

The stay was great. The house was sufficient for the amount of family that stayed the week. The kitchen had utensils, pots and pans. We cooked all week so with such a large group we did need larger pots at times. The grill (gas)was great although we usually use charcoal, the gas grill worked fine. The Oceanview was only from the top floor which was a very small view but I still loved it. It was a short walk to the beach. My mother loved sitting on the porch and enjoyed her birthday. Would stay here again.

Nice location, not for elderly.

The house was very close to beach which made it an excellent location. House was clean but there was a bit of an ant problem and the beds need to be replaced. There are many stairs so not a good choice for elderly and small children. I would also recommend better cable access for those rainy days.

Perfect weekend getaway!

This property was ideal for a long, much-needed beach getaway. We have been to Wrightsville Beach many times, but never Carolina Beach and this house was the ideal spot to enjoy the beautiful beaches and amazing food. The house was spotless and well-appointed. The bikes and beach chairs were the perfect touch to make this a vacation to remember. We would love to stay here a week next time!

Perfect November Extended Weekend

This was the perfect getaway during this crazy pandemic. Bikinis and Martinis is an absolute oasis for all. The amenities provided truly added to our experience. The six bicycles took us on a family bike ride that hadn't been done in a long time. (4 adult bikes, 2 kid bikes). The equipment available for the beach was exactly what any family would need to have a beautiful day at the beach. The house was immaculate. Two families stayed together and had plenty of room for FUN, privacy and the kitchen allowed for each individual family's snacks and food. The two upstairs rooms were very large and had extremely comfortable beds. The bathrooms attached made it private and comfortable. The main area was perfect for the grandmother that came along. She did not have to climb more stairs. She had a bedroom and a shared bath right off of her room. The living room had a large coffee table that allowed 8 of us to gather around for games. The downstairs bedroom offered 4 full sized beds (2 bunks) with beautiful linens and a frig, sink and full bathroom. This room was behind a garage with a locking door. The teens in the family enjoyed having a room to call their own. I had looked at all previous reviews and noticed that the deck had been repaired and that there were no loose boards on the deck. Two decks offered views of the ocean. The public access to the beach was a 3 minute walk. We will definitely be back to Bikinis and Martinis for another glorious stay! Thank you to the management for having a beautiful property with so many amenities.

Plenty of space for families with children but long steep stairs to watch out for if little. Very convenient to beach except on busy road. Porch needs maintenance, spindles easily removed by toddler. Spacious rooms, comfy beds. Great room downstairs for older kids. We enjoyed our stay

Easy Beach Access and Close to the Action

Property description represents the property accurately. The home is right across the street from the beach with multiple access points, short walk and safe to cross the street with pedestrians having the right of way. Having bikes on the property was a plus, it was great taking them on the back streets and to downtown Carolina Beach. Property management was responsive and attentive, we had a small (not serious) problem and they took care of it immediately. We will consider this property again.

Fall family beach getaway

Roomy house in the party zone!

Large & well-stocked house with plenty of room for 6 adults and 6 children! Close to the beach and in the middle of the Carolina Beach party zone. We really enjoyed the front porch people watching.
