'Maravillosa estancia con una zona de recreo enorme con barbacoas, ping pong, árboles frutales, mesas, zona de juegos infantil y súper cómodo para personas con perros. La amabilidad de los dueños te hace sentirte en tu propia casa. Totalmente recomendable en una zona poca explotada turísticamente con muchas cosas que aportar: Módena, Parma, Reggio Emilia, gastronomía italiana auténtica. Para volver una y otra vez.'

'Amazing stay. Our favorite stay of our Italy trip. Apartment is so large and comfortable and in a very nice area of town. 20 min walk to the historic center. Amazing gelateria across the street and the garage parking spot (though only for small cars) makes it very convenient. Easy street parking too. Very sparkling clean, bed comfortable. AC welcome in 100 degree heat wave. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we are back in Modena.'

'this was such a lovely flat - would the weather had been kinder to us so we could eat on one of the terraces - next time! Alberto is a hugely responsive host - replies immediately to any message - and has furnished the flat thoughtfully and attractively. It's right in the middle of town but quiet and peaceful - a short walk to everything we wanted to see. Highly recommended.'

'Well appointed and comfortable apartment within a short walk of Modena town centre. Perfect location and Stefanie was very responsive to any questions, dinner recommendations or parking advice! Well set up for a couple and good air conditioning too. Only comment is there is a small staircase that is quite steep from the lift up to the floor the apartment is on but this is no issue at all. Would certainly recommend!'

There was insufficient supplies, such as coffee, pepper and toilet paper for our five day stay. We text our host repeatedly with no response. He did answer when we called. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. '
