'Nightmare booking. Travelers beware. The "parking" is just someone elses driveway on the side of the highway. You need to walk along the side of a poorly lit road to get to the access door, and then its a 10min hike up the hill to your eventual accomodation.When we finally made it to our Starbox, the rooms were not properly sealed so there were bugs all over the pillows/bed when we opened the door. Nieuwe handdoeken etc. Hotel ligt net buiten Portofino, maar bovenlangs is het amper 7 minuten lopen naar Portofino. Portofino is geweldig, wel behoorlijk prijzig. Wel meer dan de moeite waard'

'Accommodations are as pictured and views are amazing of Manarola. Lovely garden area to enjoy. Extremely kind hospitality. Close to trails…Corniglia to Manarola starts very near property. Plenty of places to eat in town. The only downfall is Corniglia is up a hill from the train. There is a bus that would drop you right at the hotel however the volume of passengers significantly out numbers the bus capacity. We were there late April so don’t know if it gets better or worse.
