El Hotel es pequeño tiene lo necesario y es muy bonito, la alberca esta pequeña pero hermosa y super rica el agua ya que esta al aire libre en la azotea y esta tibia el agua, la habitación que reservamos que es la doble superior estaba súper bien con su balcón y limpia, la atención fue formidable, esta céntrico y todo súper cerca. Muchos lugares para comer, comprar souvenirs y en geneal muy buena ubicación, el personal súper amable y las recomendaciones que nos hicieron incluso denla agencia de tour que esta en un local al lado pero que es parte del hotel es seguro y con precios no tan altos, el desayuno que sirven es muy rico y basto

Location is great doesn't look like much during day but at night the streets around the hotel are filled with bars and restaurants. About a ten minute walk to the Clock Tower. Lots of dining options. Breakfast was lovely in the courtyard. There is no elevator. Our room was huge but the bathroom very small.

The room was great, but aluminum foil was found in our eggs during breakfast. If we had eaten that it would have caused serious problems and thus the poor review.

Hotel lies about rooms and over charges.
booked and paid more for a room with a balcony. Got in my room, no balcony. Complained and was told that no balconies existed in the hotel, only windows. Showed the reception a picture of a room with a balcony and he changed his story to "there are only 2 rooms with a balcony and they are occupied" I said but I paid for one, it is my room. He just repeated occupied and turned away. Basically ripped off for $25 extra a night.

La habitacion no tenia nada que ver con la de las fotos. Era una habitacion mucho más pequeña y con mobiliario de peor calidad, pero lo peor no es eso, nos pusieron una habitación literalmente en el bar del hotel con una mesa justo en la puerta, por lo tanto el ruido a partir de mas 7 am que abrian el desayuno era imposible, no se podia dormir, parecia q los otros huespedes estaban dentro de la habitacion. El olor a humedad dentro de la habitación tambien insoportable y de la ducha caian 3 gotas, imposible lavarse el cabello. En fin, NADA Q VER CON LOS Q RESERVAMOS NI CON EL PRECIO QUE PAGAMOS

The rooms were pretty clean. However, I took the sheet off of the bed and found the mattress cover to have stains on it as well as the pillows under the cases. Those should be washed regularly as well. The staff were pretty good, although only one staff member that I ran into, during my 5 night stay, spoke English; which is fine (I can and did use Google translate as my Spanish is fairly basic), they just didn't seem to want to interact with me due to the language barrier. If you dont speak Spanish or speak minimal, have Google translate handy. The location cannot be beat as it is very walkable and there are many great restaurants in the area. I am travelling solo and never felt unsafe anywhere I walked in this area. Breakfast was included and was good each time; a second coffee would be fantastic! All in all, a really great little boutique hotel.

Sweet, affordable and very convenient. In lively Getsemani area but just off the main area so nice and quiet. Lovely staff, nice breakfast included. Good air conditioning, but room smelled a little damp. Rooftop pool is very small, but does the job of cooling you down!

Recomendadísimo
Muy buen desayuno. Nos encantó la ubicación, muy cerca del centro histórico y seguro. Aunque Getsemaní es un barrio de fiesta, dentro del hotel no hace ruído. Hay oferta de entretenimiento y gastronomía en el mismo barrio o en el Centro Histórico. Muy buena atención, servicio de taxi excelente y ninguna queja. Sin duda volveremos.

the worst hotel, they always gave us dirty and stained towels, the television never worked and the light was damaged all the time, the lady at the front desk is a liar, don't trust it, The only worthwhile people there are the kitchen staff.

Très bon séjour
Chambre 210 avec balcon au 1er étage. Hôtel très bien placé. La propreté est au rdv. La climatisation fonctionne très bien. Literie confortable Personnel qui prend soin de répondre à nos questions avec patience, car parfois, la barrière de la langue peut rendre les discussions plus longues. Très bon petit déjeuner. Piscine tres agréable sur le toit. Merci pour tout !

El Hotel en general esta bien, pero las habitaciones se ven mejor en fotos. Nuestra habitación con balcon hacia la calle tenia un olor super fuerte a humedad, adicional a esto la llave del lavamanos estaba despegada como a punto de caerse. El hotel solo tiene una piscina funcionando lo cual nos decepcionó mucho. Loa chicos del transporte y del restaurante bien. Pero la chica de recepción no tenia la mejor actitud. Falto muchísima cordialidad. Creo q pudimos haber encontrado una opción mejor por el precio que pagamos.

Estuvimos muy comodos durante cuatro noches que nos hospedamos en el hotel, lo unico que nos incomodo un poco y durante algunos momentos, fue el ruido durante la noche, tanto de la calle como de otros huespedes en el pasillo.

Good value / might have water if raining
Good place for the price with good breakfast and clean rooms. It is a bit dated and spartan in the fit and finish department. Room was flooded when rain water seeped in but the staff quickly resolved it. Ac was strong and everything else was fine.

Overall good hotel for the price
The hotel is in a quieter part of Getsemani which was nice. We didn’t have to hear all the late night noise. The staff was super friendly and breakfast was made to order. The room was pretty bare and not the most comfortable given how beautiful the interior of the hotel was but overall we enjoyed our stay.
