'Me quedé en una habitación privada con baño, el lugar es excelente, pero lo mejor que ofrecen es la calidez de su personal , desde recepción, limpieza, staff del bar todos son supremos !! En Especial Doris y Emi, si regresara a Cartagena sin dudarlo me quedaría aquí. Mi viaje fue sola, pero regresé con amigos ya que con las actividades que hacen en el hostal te integras y se hace una experiencia muy padre. Mi habitación excelente en todos los sentidos .'

'Van buiten verwacht je het niet, maar het hotel is een verademing in de stad. Meteen in de lobby heerst er rust, het is modern en we werden altijd vriendelijk ontvangen en geholpen bij vragen. Niks was teveel moeite. De locatie is prettig vlakbij de Ciudad Amurallada en aan de rand van Getsemaní.
Onze kamer was zeer ruim, lekker bed en alles in goede staat, plus een fijne douche.

The guy (Francisco I believe) opening the door, bringing luggage and such is very professional. Always walks, as I run a marathon, with a smile from ear to ear.
Nice clean room. I had room 305. Only downside...open the curtains and there is a wall. Then again, I'm not there to sit in the room so not biggy for me.

'This hotel was amazing! The staff was so helpful they literally took me to different stores so they could translate for me I only speak (English) and get reasonable prices because it’s a tourist area. Room service every day, I stayed five days. Great location!!'

'Checkin was smooth, room looked nice, bed is comfortable so far all good. Then on the downside we did not have hot water in the shower and they where hosting a big wedding so during our stay restaurant, bar etc was closed for private event and the group was very intense so we left after one night (3 nights paid) as it was not comfortable to stay longer'

'Het hotel heeft een top locatie en een geweldig dakterras. Het eten en het personeel is super. Het is een schoon, modern, mooi ingericht hotel. Het einge nadeel was dat wij een kleine kamer hadden boven de keuken en er een open trap verbinding was met onze etage en de lobby waardoor er veel geluid was. Ook was er de hele tijd gebrom van airco's van andere kamers en hadden wij uitzicht op troep. Dit viel ons heel erg tegen en verstoorde onze nachtrust. Er was helaas geen andere kamer beschikbaar....

"We enjoyed this hotel a lot! Beautiful pool, very friendly staff and good breakfast.
We booked a room with clublounge access and this was the only part that could be better. The (sparkling) wines were very sweet and did not taste good. The food offering in the evening was very limited, but the quality was decent. They also have cocktails, but they did not advertise that you have to make them yourself. After some help from chatGPT we found some nice combinations with the drinks that were on offer. But we would not choose clublounge again here. Was kind of an disappointment.
The rest (room, breakfast, service, pool) was perfect!"
