'Quedé encantada con Mood Matuna, y Cartagena entera. El hotel es céntrico caminando puedes llegar a Getsemaní o el centro. La habitación es súper espaciosa, cómoda, limpia y en perfectas condiciones. Agradezco que teníamos prime y Netflix. Y siempre que volvíamos cansados de nuestros paseos encontrábamos la habitación limpia y fresca. Los desayunos son buenísimos y el personal muy servicial y amable. 'Casa Carolina is niet zomaar een hotel, het is een belevenis. Het hotel heeft een eeuwenoude geschiedenis en dat is op veel plekken nog goed te zien. Onze kamer was comfortabel met een fijn groot bed en leuke details. Het is zeer centraal gelegen, maar in de kamer hoor je geen geluiden van buiten. Het ontbijt was heerlijk. '

'It’s a great property on a nice location. But I booked a design suite, arrived at 1.30 pm. Room not ready (normal). Ready after 3 pm so I went in the city to have lunch. Came back at 3.30, received the key and guess what? Room was still occupied with clothes, suitecases, not cleaned. After an hour they gave me another (normal) room.
