'Kind, courteous staff. Only stayed here one night when arriving in Cartagena before heading to the islands. Wish we had come back here for the second part of our trip in Cartagena. Convenient location to lively nightlife, restaurants, etc yet no right on the corner and rooms are away from the street so they are *quiet* at night. '

'It’s a great property on a nice location. But I booked a design suite, arrived at 1.30 pm. Room not ready (normal). Ready after 3 pm so I went in the city to have lunch. Came back at 3.30, received the key and guess what? Room was still occupied with clothes, suitecases, not cleaned. After an hour they gave me another (normal) room. Above that the rooftop pool is empty, bar not open, elevator doesn’t work. Got nof compensation other than a (nice) drink. So overall not at all what I paid for €...

'Casa Carolina is niet zomaar een hotel, het is een belevenis. Het hotel heeft een eeuwenoude geschiedenis en dat is op veel plekken nog goed te zien. Onze kamer was comfortabel met een fijn groot bed en leuke details. Het is zeer centraal gelegen, maar in de kamer hoor je geen geluiden van buiten. Het ontbijt was heerlijk. '

Comenzando que la atención de las señoras de la mañana fue esplendido, desde el día uno que llegué me trataron super bien, al día siguiente era mi cumpleaños y me pusieron globos y me cantaron cumpleaños, se portaron super lindas conmigo, que viajaba solita.
La ubicación super estratégica, muy bien ubicado.
Las habitaciones super cómodas y con aire acondicionado y baño privado.
Se merecen más reconocimiento.
Desayuno super rico.
Si vuelvo a Cartagena, sin duda alguna...
