'Beautiful hotel although front rooms could be extremely noisy from the street action. Front desk staff was extremely slow on providing me my invoice, 2 hours of calling requesting it and I still have not received. I expected more from Four Seasons regarding pool bar staff. Rest of our stay was wonderful. Hotel Manager handled my issues with professionalism. '

'The hotel Is a colonial house built by a French consul. Very nice atmosphere, only eight rooms, a patio, a library and stylish rooms with wooden ceilings. Situated in the middle of the city very convenient for visiting it and for finding nice restaurants'

'When entering this place one gets the feel of a botanic garden. It's stuffed full with plants. I think this is kinda nice, it does remove precious space...it's all very tiny. At the same time it ads to cuteness. The host was really nice, i can only assume his English is as good as his motherlanguage. Very kind person. He gave us a nice tour. I rented the place on the ground floor to the right. It has plenty of space and lots and lots of books and artwork...African style. Beautiful. The...

'It’s a great property on a nice location. But I booked a design suite, arrived at 1.30 pm. Room not ready (normal). Ready after 3 pm so I went in the city to have lunch. Came back at 3.30, received the key and guess what? Room was still occupied with clothes, suitecases, not cleaned. After an hour they gave me another (normal) room. Above that the rooftop pool is empty, bar not open, elevator doesn’t work. Got nof compensation other than a (nice) drink. So overall not at all what I paid for €...
