Other major complaint is living room furniture very old and uncomfortable. There was a huge hole in center of larger couch with cushions over hole. Furniture should be replaced. 'The pool was dirty and unkept and the bath tub in our room had paint chipping off everywhere. Was very sharp and almost cut my granddaughter. '

'This was such a great experience. We snorkeled that day at Cypress Springs and then checked into the Airstream and kept the nature vibes going. Lit the Fire pit, grilled burgers, and chilled in the hot tub.Would love to stay here again the next time we're in town!'

'First thing i noticed is the lobby was locked to guests at 4:30 pm. Had to ring a bell for service. Person at window was pleasant. No name tag so i could not give her kudos. On departure only was still locked at 8:30 am. New person at window. I asked if the lobby was ever unlocked. He said no. Reservation was for a standard King non smoking room. At initial entrance of room it was neat, one sitting chair beside the bed. Desk with no drawers across from bed as well as a dresser/tv stand. ...
