'Boutique hotel in beautiful townhouse in the middle of cosy Roma Norte with plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable but our room on the ground floor of the inner patio was very dark en had inadequate lighting inside. Staff was often hiding at the desk behind closed door and could be more present and more helpful. '

'The property is in a great location in Roma Norte and you can walk many places - it’s a very safe neighborhood. The front desk staff are friendly. The only issue is checking in as you communicate through What’s App and the person may or may not be there. 'This was a great experience other than some basic issues that I hope the property will address. The room was extremely dark. It was difficult to see well to put makeup on. Just a little more light would have helped a lot. Also, just leaving two detergent pods would have gone a long way for our 3-night stay.
