'Boutique hotel in beautiful townhouse in the middle of cosy Roma Norte with plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable but our room on the ground floor of the inner patio was very dark en had inadequate lighting inside. Staff was often hiding at the desk behind closed door and could be more present and more helpful. '

Veilig en zeer servicegericht. Waterdruk wel laag. Warm water keuken niet best, maar op te lossen met waterkoker. Douchekop is gefixeerd dus niet in te stellen of af te halen. '

'This was a great experience other than some basic issues that I hope the property will address. The room was extremely dark. It was difficult to see well to put makeup on. Just a little more light would have helped a lot. Also, just leaving two detergent pods would have gone a long way for our 3-night stay. Lastly but certainly not least was the issue with the hairdryer. The listing said there was a hairdryer. I got out of the shower and... no hairdryer. I called the front desk repeatedly at...

The only issue is checking in as you communicate through What’s App and the person may or may not be there.
