Goede hotel , spijtig van de ontbijtservice...
Over het algemeen proper hotel, de kamers redelijk. Receptie vriendelijk. Maar bij het ontbijt wordt van ons verwacht, het ontbijt snel te gebeuren. Omdat de ruimte wat te klein is. Bij mij kwamen ze de borden afruimen terwijl ik nog aan het eten was. Dit is niet goed. En ook zonder sorry te zeggen. Dit is gebeurd de tweede dag dat we er verbleven. En dan nadien scheef bekeken door de personeel omdat we bleven zitten. Nadien vroegen ze ons welke kamernummer we hadden.

Wij hadden meetings aan de haven en deze locatie is ideaal omdat je de files van het centrum vermijdt en toch in een leukere omgeving dan de haven je kamer hebt.

Very nice hotel close to everything in casablanca
Very clean hotel. Room was cleaned very well every day. Personel was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent. The room was very large and comfortable. The kingsize bed was excellent. The hotel is right next door to the mosque. The medina, town center were at walking distance. Thd beach could be reached by bus 11 and the tram.

Matig hotel met bijzonder sleche service.
Service van de receptie was goed. Het mangement en het schoonmaken van de kamers uitermate slecht. We verbleven in een 'Suite Gold', met ijskast en koffiemachine. beide lekten​ vreselijk, zodat het een waterballet was in de kamer als de ijskast hoger werd gezet of er koffie werd gezet. Alle handdoeken en de badmat moeten gebruiken om het water een beetje weg te krijgen. de schoonmaakdienst en technische man kwamen kijken en beloofden het probleem op te lossen. Toen we om 5 uur in het hotel terug kwamen, was het nog dezelfde wanorde. twee keer gebeld en toen kwam er een kamermeisje die snel de kamer deed, maar alleen twee kleine handdoeken neerlegde​ geen badlakens, geen badmat en alles lekte nog steeds. de volgende dag een brief achtergelaten met email-adres, maar nooit meer iets gehoord.

Very dissapointed with the hotel
The hotel was situated near the Hassen II Mosque and that was the only thing that was good about it. In the neigbourhood there was nothing to do. About the hotel: the breakfest was minimal; they did not clean the rooms for 2 days(we stayed 4 days), each moment that we would like to access to the room, the card refused, so we can go back to the front desk.

Shower would not close properly and would leak all over the floor. Heating and cooling in the room did not do anything at all. Floor was dirty and would track dirt off the floors into the bed even though we hadn't tracked any dirt into the room as the floor were already dirty. We ended up wanting to leave a day early as Casablanca and this hotel were not nice and was told by the receptionist that it should be a problem but it just had to come from Expedia. Contacted Expedia and they tried reaching out to the hotel which they couldn't get a hold of them and then when I went and talked to reception again the next day it was too late to change our checkout time and that they would not refund me the one day. I would highly recommend staying away from this hotel and also Casablanca as a city.

The hotel was really good. I really enjoyed the breakfast. I wish the blackout curtains were better. It was bright in the morning. The region is good too. I was able to everywhere walking. Just prepare that sound coming from the mosque in the morning is very loud.

Correcte mais grand prob d'insonorisation
L'hotel est plutot correcte cependant j'ai gardé une mauvaise experience à cause des bruits nocturnes. Il n'y a aucune insonorisation et pas de moquettes ni des les chambres ni des les couloir. Les portes ne sont pas equipées de freins et claquent jusquà 2 ou 3h du matin. Ceci apart le fait que je suis restée une demi journée sans wifi.

The hotel is conveniently situated and the rooms are spacious. The kitchenette is a great help. However, the service is poor. We didn’t have towels on the days we were there and had to request for them a few times. The geyser didn’t heat up and toilet didn’t flush in one of our rooms and the staff did not have an approachable manner when dealing with the situation. There’s always a shortage of dishes and cutlery in the breakfast room.

The bathroom was horrible and broken down and a tiny shower and same for the hallways and general property. best part was proximity to the mosque but otherwise look elsewhere unless you don’t care for nice bathrooms.

A wonderful hotel, with a super location right by the mosque. The hotel was immaculately clean and our room was perfect. All the staff, especially the reception, were really nice, very helpful and pleasant. Lastly, car parking was wonderful, right under the hotel with direct access.

The hotel was in a very good spot and close to the mesquite which it was the highlight of my trip. The hotel breakfast was awesome it had everything and highly recommend adding it to your reservation. The rooms are a bit outdated and our room did not have hot water and we had to shower with cold water. The instructions are not clear on what to do with the heater.

The location is great, close to the big mosque and restaurants. Everything could be done by foot. However, the elevator is not that big ( 2 people max) the waiting time to get the elevator is overwhelming, expect at least 5 minutes. The brunch is decent, automatic coffee machine work sporadically. The room is very decent not really as advertised. The tv is present but not functioning. The employees used to help the client ask for tips all the time which is annoying since they work in the hotel and I belive they are paid for the job. Overall is ok but definitely not aligned with the number stars. As a recommendation ask the taxi driver to put the meter to pay the right amount instead of just asking if the ride price.

They were very welcoming. I arrived early and allowed me to check in for free. Thank you! The AC in my room wasn’t working I called for help someone came right away but after 30 mins it stopped working again. That was my only issue. Breakfast is okay nothing serious. The location is perfect!

The location is a huge advantage. It is a two block walk to the Hassan II Mosque. The facility is well maintained and the rooms are very comfortable. The restaurant on site has tasty meals and the staff is very helpful.
