'Staff were very kind and helpful, room was clean. No elevator nor offer of lifting heavy luggage to the second floor. No breakfast ... which they say has not happened in the past 4 years. Was very close to the park and bonus was seeing a group of 15-20 elk just down from the lodging.'

Although I had already paid in advance through a third-party site (Expedia), she repeatedly called me and insisted that I needed to pay her directly. I do not understand why this happened, but it was stressful and unprofessional. It felt like she was collecting unnecessary personal information and...
