'In all honesty, the value was great. It is an older hotel with well maintained reception and rooms. Very clean! The grounds could use a bit of a clean up. All in all, for the price a great value!'

'The staff was extremely dismissive and unprofessional during our stay regarding 2 separate issues. First the tub didn’t drain, and by the end of a shower was filled halfway. Besides being unsanitary, showers need to be staggered as it took a minimum of 1/2 hour to drain. I approached the desk staff multiple times, along with the cleaning staff regarding having it addressed. It never was, and I mentioned it again when we checked out. Clearly they did not care. 'Good value and all we needed for a good nights rest. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and shower had lots of pressure. The continental breakfast offered cereal, yogurt, waffles, biscuits with gravy and coffee. This was one of the best super eights I’ve stayed at.'

'You get what you pay for and this is the cheaper option compared to the Holiday Inn next door. Very basic. Mirror was cracked, paint chipping from the cheap furniture piece in the bathroom. Breakfast was the minimum eggs sausage biscuits waffle maker etc. Bananas the only fruit. I was on my own and was fine but I would not bring my wife to this one.'

'Very basic motel near IU campus and sports complexes. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The parking lot and outside was well-maintained and brightly lit. No amenities that we saw, but we were only here for one evening and only used the room to shower and sleep. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and pleasant. I would stay here again. '

'The front desk staff is kind and cheerful. The room is quiet and comfortable. The view from the upper floors is lovely - you can see in the tree tops and neighborhood's. This is a place good to stay and to return to. The location offers walks into the courthouse square and campus.'
