Hotels met parkeerplaatsen in Casco Antiguo

'This is not a 4 star hotel. Rooms need renovation, our window was really falling apart. When we complaind about it the said that a room switch was not possible. The technical service just screwed it back on place , 2 days later the screw came loose and the window was again out of place. This room should just not be rented to guests. Woke up the next morning with bird sounds, sound good eh, except that the birds are flying around in the hotel lobby…. Breakfast quality was average, low quality...

'We absolutely loved our stay here! We were a bit nervous with the mixed reviews however we were pleasantly surprised that everything exceeded our expectations. Room is well decorated, very clean, and spacious. Location couldn’t be more central, very close to the infamous Santa Cruz neighborhood. Access to the free laundry machine on the ground floor was super nice as well! Only slight drawback is that when the occasional service vehicle or pedestrian jaunt through the narrow cobblestone street...
