'Clean, spacious room. Plentiful breakfast buffet. Unfriendly, unengaged staff'

'The apartment is large and clean and well appointed. Elevator access. Location is in a small square across the river from the old town. Not in the old town as indicated on the VRBO map. Just a few minutes walk across the old bridge to the church and the market. Limited parking in Bilbao. I used the train station - expensive, and dodgey. The immediate area up from San Fransisko street is a bit dodgey. Exercise caution when passing through this area.'

'What a wonderful place in Bermeo! We had a view if the dry dock and water, and we could walk to everything.Parking is easy but a bit far away. Also, the apartment is a fifth floor walk up. So next time we will pack lighter, which will be easy because of the convenient access to a washing machine in the apartment.We had one small problem which was handled quickly and with great communication. The apartment was clean, and the beds were comfortable.I highly recommend this rental!'
