'Fantatische service'

'Property was OK but we found the floor and bathroom area not cleaned properly…..,was mold around the tub, sink in bathroom was slow to drain ( but got fixed next day) and lots of lint on the floor. Check in to property was horrible. Manager was supposed to meet us but that didn’t happen. Also other people were waiting on the street to check in. Fortunately I met a lady across the street who was able to show where the property manager’ office was located.Beds were comfortable and in general we...

'De kamer was minimaal ingedeeld maar alles was aanwezig. Enkele zaken waren ook stuk zoals bvb de haardroger. Het ontbijtbuffet was voldoende maar geen afwisseling. Het koffieapparaat werkte goed maar de koffie was lauw. Er was enkel bemanning tussen 7:00 en 16:00 en men werkte met sleutels op de deur /voordeur. Wel een centrale ligging in de supermanzana.'

'This place had most of what we needed but was nothing special. The location was so so. There weren’t a lot of restaurants or cafes near and it could have cleaner. But it had a very nice courtyard with a table and chairs, and had three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was nice for our family. '

'The property was clean and had everything listed. The balcony was nice to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Location wise they had a ton of great restaurants . The only con was the pick up location for the keys is not where the apartment is. However they let us know immediately and the taxi waited for us to take us to the apartment. They checked me in quickly so I appreciated it. '
