'This is an exceptional property. The grounds and rooms are top notch. Clean and modern. The location is perfect. Close to the village and with a superb view. Breakfast was cooked to your own preferences. Fresh cakes were also served. The owner, Luca, helped us with dinner recommendations and reservations. Also, during our stay we had a mechanical issue with our rental car. Luca helped us in finding a garage for the repair. All in all I highly recommend this property. '

'We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen. De 3 appartementen die we hadden geboekt zijn zoals de foto's. Niet onwijs modern, maar erg schoon en met alles wat je nodig hebt. We hadden eerst geen warm water en gas, maar daar kwam de receptioniste direct voor terug. De laatste dag hadden we een vroege vlucht en werd de dag van tevoren ontbijt in onze koelkast gezet. 'This place was so nice, clean and quiet. Just what I was looking for. It has been updated with all the latest things and even has a coffee maker and kettle for your use at any time during your stay in a shared hallway. I had a little balcony that I got to watch the sunset every nice which was lovely. Even better was the host as she helped me with some of my needs that I asked her for. I feel she went way above what she had to for me. I would stay here again if I were to visit Follonica again. '
