'Calme, super jardin, et apparemment très joli, propre et fonctionnel'

'I had the pleasure of staying at this property for 3 nights, but I wish it was more! First of all, the apartment was very very clean. Relatively spotless. Secondly, the bed is very comfortable I had a great sleep each night. Not to mention Federico being a wonderful host! I can tell him and his aunt are very passionate about this property. They go above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The a/c worked well, I had to empty a bucket of water every once in a while, but wasn’t much...

'The apartment was perfect for us. Slept 4 perfectly and the living space was large and comfortable. We enjoyed the terrace too on the sunny days. '

'Lugar excelente! Bem localizado, Limpo, lençóis de qualidade. Adoramos'

'Everything was great and the host was a lot of help, very friendly! '

'I have been there for a week in july The host is very welcoming. The place is clean, nice, and the price was very competitive. I could go to several cities like Bologna, Ferrara, Modena easily by car (30-45 minutes to go to these places) I recomend without hesitation Grazzie mile Gaetano !'

'Honestly, this is a five-star stay and value for the money. The rooms are huge, the kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped, the host is lovely, and the bed is comfortable. The place itself is absolutely pristine in cleanliness and there are coffee, biscuits, spices and really everything you need for a great stay. The only problem is that the location is loud. Although it's on a side street, there's a pub downstairs which is loud on the weekends until midnight or so. Then on Sunday/Monday...

'We liked everything about this property. The host was amazing, very caring and friendly! I highly recommend it! ❤️ 🇮🇹 '

'Images did not match the room. Everything is a bit old. Not dirty but also not particularly clean. A towel, for example, was still dirty.'

'Just kind of strange ! hotel gave us 2 bottles of water when we get in to our assign apartment. The hotel should know we registered for 4 people live there. 2 people share one bottle or ignore the other two.

'Everything was clean and prepared for our stay! Communication with hosts was very good. They were attentive and professional throughout. We loved the location near the station, we loved the immediate neighborhood (Forno Brisa is close and an excellent breakfast & single-origin espresso!), and we loved Bologna. 2 bedrooms/baths a definite plus! If I had the entire trip to do over again, we would stay here and use Bologna as a home base for several more day trips that we didn't get to. Thank...

'Pool is a highlight, kids loved it.'

'Pésima atención. Me tuvieron una hora afuera del lugar sin contestar el teléfono y luego llegó una señora y me aventó las llaves desde su auto sin ni siquiera frenarse ni hablarme ! No sabía ni cuál era el número de departamento. En el check out lo mismo no respondió mis mensajes. El lugar no está mal aunque falta limpieza y los colchones están horrendos pero la atención fue espantosa. Nunca me habían tratado así'
