'Materassi vecchi; piatto doccia usurato che sembra sporchissimo da quanto è nero... La cosa peggiore è stata dover sopportare l'assenza di acqua per un giorno e mezzo . Per poter fare il check out in oraria abbiamo lavato la faccia con le bottigliette. Oltre il danno la beffa: ci hanno negato il rimborso parziale! '

Our hostess was very communicative and helpful and prepared an amazing breakfast at the other Ballarooms property (less than 5 minutes away). It was great having A/C to combat the heat. Our room was spacious, with lots of room to spread out, and the bathroom was clean and functional.'

'Nice comfortable room at a perfect location, by Mondello beach with several restaurants and entertainment options in vicinity. The building is undergoing a renovation and the rooms are beautifully newly remodeled. Ocean view room has a nice balcony offering a pleasant experience for morning coffee and sunset. Parking is available right next to it. Giulia was super helpful and made herself available via WhatsApp at all times.'

'Die Lage ist absolut zentral und sehr gut gelegen. Einen Pkw Patkplatz muss man suchen. Der Straßenverkehr ist in Palermo sehr herausfordernd! Sehr freundliches Personal! Frühstück ist sehr liebevoll! Toller Aufenthalt!'

'Helt perfekt läge supernära centrumgatorna, en kort bit upp på en tvärgata vilket gör att det är nära men ändå lugnt. Ingen personal i receptionen men går att nå via WhatsApp. Badkar inne i sovrummet men mer snyggt än praktiskt. Kaffemaskin på rummet men vår funkade inte trots att de försökte laga den. Som tur var fann en maskin även i korridoren. Dåligt med förvaringsplats och inga krokar att hänga nåt på. Inget att sitta på förutom sängen.
