'We absolutely loved this place. The cabin itself is very cute and the setting is beautiful and relaxing. There are train tracks nearby and our young son absolutely LOVED watching the trains from the front window. After seeing the back area and the river itself I really wish I had brought my fishing gear. We will most definitely be back!'

'Base Camp Cabin #4 is an immaculate, very comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath rental close to Mt. Shasta City. The neighborhood is super quiet, there is a nature walk across the street and it's only about a 5 minute drive to town. The cabin is charming, and well-stocked. Something I wish I'd realized ahead of time is that for these particular cabins, there is only enough hot water for a 5 minute shower.
