The staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. The location is ideal for exploring the historic center of Bologna. The only thing lacking is breakfast. While there are several excellent spots for pastries and coffee nearby, it’s difficult to find other options.'

'De service was uitstekend. Door een staking moesten we een dag langer in Bologna blijven. De eigenaar hielp ons aan een kamer in een ander appartement, regelde de bagage en regelde een taxi die ons om 4 uur 's nachts naar de luchthaven bracht. Zoiets maakt een al mooie vakantie extra prettig.'

' The location is okay. 25 minutes walk to the sights. A supermarket and coffee shops nearby. The kitchen is well equipped. -It’s a 3 room B&B with thin walls. So you will hear the other occupants. - The check-in process in confusing. You have no interaction with anybody (I experienced this in Zagreb and had similar issues). They tell you to phone somebody (not WhatsApp) when you’re at the gate. No one responds, so you have to contact them by WhatsApp. No one responds. -Heating doesn’t work...
