This elegant villa is situated in a quiet rural setting on the border with Tuscany and Umbria.

Outside the loggia the villa offers a splendid view of the romantic hills and is fully furnished, including sunbeds and tables for eating.

The pool (7 meters by 12, depth from 1 , 60 meters up to 2, 50 meters) is adjacent to the house and offers a very large garden, which is safe for children . There is a solar system for the pool, which keeps the water temperature between 23-30 degrees depending on the season and weather

On the ground floor vast living rooms with lounges and dining tables with large fireplace, large kitchen with two stovetops, two ovens, industrial dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, kettle, whisk, coffee maker, robot and washing machine, two bathrooms with shower, one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower
On the second floor are seven rooms, three of which have an en suite bathroom, three with an adjoining bathroom, and one without a bathroom (which can use a nearby but not adjoining bathroom).
