'The location is excellent, but even more so is the service John & Rocio provide. The house is complete with everything you could think of, and even then, J&R are interested in fine-tuning any little request one may have. I loved having the bottle of wine as an arrival gift. The home was very clean and up to international standards. The rooftop makes all the difference in the stay and makes the home that much larger. This was one of the best rentals we've ever had. I can't say enough...

'We love the location of Casa Relator and having the whole place was really great. The tiles in the ground floor entry and up the stairs are so beautiful! The washing machine worked great and we were able to easily dry our clothes on the lines on the terrace. One couple stayed on one floor and we stayed on the other. As someone else mentioned it was nice to have two bathrooms. As a group we used the kitchen and living room space on the top floor as well as a little time on the roof terrace. We...

'Le logement propose de belles prestations : rénovation très qualitative, une literie tout confort, une grande terrasse ouverte, une petite piscine très agréable avec son grand patio ( il faut y accéder par une autre porte, ne donne pas directement sur l'appartement). Il manque un peu d'équipements de base en vaisselle et 2 transats car nous étions 4. A savoir, les wc sont dans la salle de bain. Pour le reste, tout était parfait. '

'This apartment in Seville was the best property we stayed in during our month in Europe. It was immaculately clean, spacious, bright and beautifully decorated. It was perfect for our extended family of 8 to enjoy a memorable stay in beautiful Seville. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoyed some great restaurants in the streets nearby the apartment. Located in the old town, everything is at your fingertips. We loved it!'

'We loved the location and all the bedrooms and bathrooms, but the place didn't feel clean, several people had bug bites from sleeping in the beds, towels smelled rank from not being dried in a timely fashion, glassware and mugs were too few to even have a glass of wine or cup of coffee with the whole group. And though it may not be standard practice in Europe, in the US we would expect soap, shampoo and enough toilet paper to last our stay. We had none of these provided.'

'My husband, adult son and I spent 3 nights in this lovely apartment this spring. Check was easy. We had a slight issue with the digital entry but the landlord was immediately reachable and solved it on this pot. No fur5er issues after that. The roof top terrace was a real treat, providing beautiful views. The apartment is centrally located making it easy to walk everywhere. '
