'El hotel me llamó 3 días antes de la fecha fe hospedaje y me cancelo, en sus políticas decía que pago en el alojamiento pero no era real la información porque tenia que pagar 15 días antes y no me avisaron con tiempo solo el avisaron para cancelar la reserva, el hotel me referencio a otro hotel donde pague el 50% y dos horas antes también me cancelaron la reserva, ya estaba a 40 minutos de llegar '

'Buen lugar, muy bien ubicado para ir al parque Jaime duque y a Zipaquirá, el estacionamiento es en el conjunto así que no hay problema, buen internet, sólo faltó algunos productos de higiene como jabón para ducha, hay televisión Smart Tv para conectarse a Youtube o Netflix pero no hay señal por cable, de resto todo muy bien, productos de cocina disponibles para hacer de comer y ducha caliente.'

'Everything was great initally. When i went to extend my stay gor another nite, they told me they would not accept expedia bookings, only cash. Since i already booked it and after showing my expedia receipt, they accepted that for one more nite. I feel they should not be on expedia site if theyre not accepting expedia payment, only cash on site. I was disappointed.'
