'Bathroom was dirty. The gentleman who cooked eggs in the morning was amazing. Best part of staying there.'

'If you want a no thrill clean, quiet, relaxing night's sleep, this is the place to go. Family owned for almost 50 years; this is a true piece of Americana that will be missed should it ever close. It is the only l motel I will stay at in the area.'

'If you're looking for a cheap place to stay then this is place but it's old (built 1970) and from way it looked not much has been done to upgrade it. There was no shower curtain had to ask at front desk. Valise over curtains in one corner was coming down. Breakfast was nothing like pictures. Coffee very watery. I had paid for a late check out and the room cards were shut down 45 mins prior to check out.'

'There were 2 glasses in the room that had lip marks still on them and the drawers in the bathroom had trash in them.'

'The only thing cleanliness I have to complain about is the shower still had soap scum on the base of the shower floor when I stepped in it. I could feel how slick the floor was from. Where either soap scum was left or cleaning agent was left on the floor of the shower. Also, the maintenance man needs to go around, fixing a lot of cracks and caulking that are peeling'

'This is a "you get what you pay for" property...Fairly inexpensive, but an old, not at all upgraded facility. Had some odors, soap left over on the tub from previous guest, NO coffee. Refrigerator worked well...but strange note to close the bathroom door when using the shower because the steam sets off the fire alarm. Had the fire alarm gone off, the charge was $250 to pay for the fire dep't call. Very strange arrangement. This may be a property you want to avoid.'

'I wasn’t expecting much for the price and it pretty much met expectations. Room was clean. Shampoo in a pouch is strange and hard to open. Bed was hard. Road noise was very loud.'

'We stepped into the elevator and found a filthy rug. Our bedroom bathroom did not have light enough for us to use the mirror. The smoke detector appeared to be dysfunctional. We went to breakfast at 7:30 AM on a Sunday and found many basic items missing like fruit, bread for toast, and hard-boiled eggs. They did have sausage patties and strange little egg omelettes that were warmed over many times. I think this is not Holiday Inn express standards. At least I sure hope so. We went there...
