'In a nice quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of York, with ample parking. This lovingly maintained townhouse was the perfect starting point for our city trip to York. A 15 minute walk by some fine architecture takes you to the heart of the city. Perfect for a family getaway. The connecting walls are a bit thin however, so you there is no ABSOLUTE silence when the neighbours are home.'

'It was perfect, the pale coloured carpet was a bit of a pain we had to leave shoes and slippers down in the hall which was not convenient and also no clocks anywhere. Parking was easy and handy, and the situation of the property was lovely right by the river and a very short walk into Otley. Overall the property is great.'

'The location is ideal for visiting Harrogate, only a short walk into the city. We were at a conference in Harrogate so were out all day but retuning to this house was perfect. We loved the hotel touches such as fresh clean towels and toiletries! The interior was styled so lovely and bright, and it was great to have a supply of tea and coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. The treats were a nice touch and so grateful for the peace and quiet as well as the free parking. Lots of nearby walks,...

'10 members from 2 families had a wonderful half term break . The accommodation was very spacious as was the outside area with a heated swimming pool ,tennis court and croquet lawn and garden area .It was the perfect place to explore the surrounding area and then come back for us all to play tennis or have a swim . We were all able to relax helped by the lovely gardens . Thank you .'
