'Well appointed room, comfortable bed, clean, good location, nice pub/restaurant'

'I liked the location away from the downtown area. Lots of parking.'

'Basic accomodation at a decent price. Old school park in front of your room simply cannot be beat by remote parking spots and a hike-down-the-hall-and-up-the-elevator hotel. Surprisingly very little truck traffic at night on the hill in front of the place. Great bed. Strong WIFI. Our go to in Trail once or twice a year if just passing through overnight.'

'Don’t come here if you drive a truck, parking is horrible and small Parking is limited on a first come first serve which we were told when we checked in. We had a late arrival and were super tired, only to find out there was no parking available! They have more rooms then parking spots & the solution that was given was to park at some other hotel and walk 15 min back, or leave our vehicle parked somewhere on a street. Which, the area doesn’t look the safest so be mindful of that. -> also this...

'Do not get put near the outside stairs. It is very noisy. Try to get an end room very small room for 2 beds'

'Easy access to trails. Clean and useful apartment-/dorm-style room. Quiet at night (September). Staff were great too.'
