'You could not fault the property, everything you need and more, even the hot tub was great, definitely stay here again, very spacious and lovely surroundings.'

'My husband and I and our two adult sons stayed here for 2 weeks. Highly recommend this location with just a short drive to the city centre, bus route easy to find also. David was an outstanding host very attentive to all our needs.'

'The property was perfect for our needs in terms of location and size, and the host Hilary was very responsive with questions. The welcome gift basket was a real treat (and devoured!) - a very thoughtful and much appreciated touch. We would definitely recommend this property to future prospective guests - very clean, great location for Queen’s University, and easy access to the city centre. Thank you'

'Very central location. Lovely end of terrace house. Hosts/owners very friendly, letting us in and sorting out heating. Big kitchen/diner. Kitted out for 4, could have a bit more equipment. Nice touches such as snacks, sugar, tea and coffee. Beds were good quality. Rooms are of a good size 2 doubles and 2 sinlges. 2 showers/bathrooms, one is downstairs. Storage in bedrooms could have a few more hangers. No tv in lounge, which would have been nice. Tiny tv in 'boot/coat room' not sure it...

'Absolutely loved the house, John and Anabelle were extremely good with communication before and after I arrived. The entire booking process was flawless and i loved how relaxing it was in the neighborhood. Would/will definitely stay again.'
