' The guy from the information about trips was really friendly and good. The hotel itself was okay but in the corridors guests were noisy, which was disturbing. Also the breakfast was not very nice and the pool had unclear water. '

'Leider so schmutzig, dass wir das hotelzimmer nicht bezogen haben und weiter gereist sind. '

'Based on the rating we had a higher expectation. Hospitality is not sincere, limited English and hotel was focused on high volume instead of cusomized service. During our stay of 3 nights we had about 50 plus schoolchildren making music untill 3 at night and running over the corridors smashing doors. Between 6 and 7 cleaning started making noise and at 8am waking you up allready asking to clean room. The breakfast area felt like Eurodisney. To summarize, more a hostal then a hotel. When you...

'I have travelled a lot, but this is one of the most beautiful place I have ever been. Everything was on point from beginning to end. The location is magic with absolutely no one around in a secluded part of the bay. You can further visit by borrowing one of the kayaks at clients disposal. Come hungry and be ready for a 5 stars family made vietnamese food. Truly everything was perfect.'

'Only stayed for 1 night so I could enjoy my the day cruise trip I had booked and found it much easier then travelling from the mainland Haiphong early in the morning, Hotel location I found to be very good less then 30 seconds to the entrance and main strip so was much quieter at night but unfortunately bed was rock hard so sleeping was not the best, no soundproofing so woken up by other guests between 12-2am apart from that received warm welcome from reception breakfast also included for the...

'Very nice place, good area. Nice staff.'

'Prima accomodatie voor een kort verblijf. Scooters op locatie beschikbaar, is erg handig. Top verblijf, enkel het ontbijt is vrij beperkt. '

'Nice modern hotel with rooftop pool. The rooms were a little under furnished however. It’s set out like an apartment but no cooking pots or utensils. No plates or cutlery. Only 2 cups and 2 teaspoons in a family room. The breakfast was quite limited compared to other places we stayed in the country e.g there was no juice and one fruit served. It was quite quiet so maybe that’s the reason.'

'Roza Palace was a wonderful stay on Cat Ba Island. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even scheduling pick ups for transportation and restaurant reservations. Location in Cat Ba is also great. Highly recommend a stay here.'
