'This is a great hotel with amazingly attentive and kind staff who are happy to assist you with everything, a wonderfully comfortable bed and a very spacious and super clean room. We also booked the Ha Long bay cruise with Paradise group and it was perfect. They put a lot of effort in providing high quality food, which we could experience at the breakfast buffet, during the cruise and at the nearby restaurants which are part of Paradise group.

'Decent hotel, but very chinese oriented. A bit away from the centre. Superb service from Tina at the restaurant, also with very good food. Rooms well mainained and felt homely'
'We had a wonderful time at Capella cruise. The staaf was very friendly, room was great and food delicious. My son loved the waterslide. In particular I would like to thanks crew members Stefan and Quyet, the went above and beyond to recover an item we left behind it and get it shipped to our hotel in Saigon, very much appreciated. 'Very nice hotel and friendly staff! Room was comfortable and whole resort area was very nice. Only problem was I had a light that I couldn't control and it would turn on and off all night. Seemed to be a motion sensor light that had broken or gone faulty. I complained and someone came to look at it but it didn't get fixed. Hope it was just something wrong with my room and not all!'
