'The location was wonderful, but the resort is dated beds are very soft and bouncy and one of our beds. There was plastic shavings and when I requested a change of linen, I was told I didn’t call within the 30 minutes timeframe at beginning of check-in when I asked about the noise because the walls are so paper thin I was told since it was close to 10 o’clock there was nothing they could do about it. 'The swim up bars were great, but everything closes at 9 including the pools which was interesting. I didn’t know all the pools on put in bay were open to the public so I probably would’ve stayed somewhere else had I known I could just walk in. They were super friendly and nice, but they counted every single towel you took and wouldn’t let you request extra towels. Nice resort but drinks are so expensive and they make sure you don’t bring anythingggg from outside so be sure to bring a few extra...
