'Staff was fabulous!'

'Stains throughout on the carpet. A bit dated and run down but fine for a budget hotel. Outdoor Hotel location was great, beautiful courtyard right on Lake Erie. Helpful staff.'

The toilet seat was loose The bathroom sink was plugged up and disgusting difficult to get clean linen's the staff were not friendly at all the pool opened late and closed early and the bars around the pool also closed early not even sure if they both were open we had two rooms reserved.
