'The room was clean, hotel was clean, breakfast was great and the staff were all very nice and courteous. We were in town for an event at Busch Gardens and due to inclement weather it was canceled on the day we had tickets for but the park would honor them the next day. I spoke with the guy at desk and he spoke with a manager and they were very gracious and allowed us a late check out, it was 2 hours but it helped us tremendously. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and when we go back to...
