'The staff were wonderful, the Inn is cozy and well maintained. It’s very pet friendly and the meals were excellent. One thing we missed is having coffee/tea available if you’re up before breakfast.'

'Terrible place to stay, hallways dirty, boxes and other rubish was scattered troughout the hotel. Firealarm was beeping loud in the room, and was hanging from the wall. The room smelled horrible. Went down to check-in and got another room. Smelled a little better but stuff was dirty, dust everywhere. Only superficial cleaning done. This was the only somewhat affordable hotel around but you better drive those extra 25 miles! Never again. '

'This property is beautiful. I especially enjoyed the grounds of the place. A hidden trove with beautiful cabins lush greenery all-around. The river is hidden behind the cabins so you can fly fish. We did the train car rails, through the forest, and it was so much fun.'

'At first glance from the outside the hotel looks rundown. VERY DECEPTIVE!! This is a grand old building coming back to life. The interior has been updated and modernized. Very comfortable, clean and modern rooms. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I will pass this way again and will stay here again.'

'The place is in a beautiful spot but totally run down. The staff does not care about the guests and will do nothing to help. No coffee until like 7:45 if you’re lucky. No complimentary coffee as advertised. Really disappointed all around. Place is so old and smelly. If you like nursing homes than you might enjoy staying. Sorry but true. Also would have been nice to know that they bus in inner city kids with one chaperone. I mean the kids were pretty nice but over ran the lobby and pool areas and...

'Beautiful and spacious balcony overlooking the mountains and golf course. We loved the view from our room 521. . Great place to relax before dinner with a glass of wine/cheese. Location is good within walking distance to a most wonderful restaurant named prominence. Highly recommend. The on site restaurant was nice too. Biggest disadvantage was the tv as it does not have any cable and then ending up with no signal at all. Other than that it was a really great place to stay.'

'Pretty what you need for a temporary home and great place to chill & relax. Quiet and clean. We enjoyed our 2 nights and 3 days in nature.'

'There aren’t a lot of hotel options so I found myself here, and the value of what I paid was pretty lacking. This hotel was fairly subpar for a BW Plus. What matter is the room was clean and comfortable, and the location is walkable to Uptown Kingston. I didn’t like that my one window was interior facing to this weird natatorium courtyard, where the pool and gym were. It smelled like chlorine. The gym had a set of dumbbells but every weight category was missing except for 35, 40, 45, 50 lbs. The...
