'This place is fantastic. Tons of space for everyone. The downstairs family game room kept us and more importantly the kids busy. The furniture is very comfortable and places to sit for all. Town is only a few minutes away but the house is secluded. Don't think we heard a car pass the house all weekend and no neighbors in sight.10 out of 10. '

We stayed two days to ski at Holiday Valley, and enjoy Ellicotville. We were able to walk to town, it was just under a mile, and there are sidewalks the whole way. I’d definitely stay here again! '
