'Le personnel nous a accueilli très chaleureusement. Tous étaient très avenants et sympathiques. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Tout était très propre. La salle de bain n’était pas très fonctionnel pour le nombre de personnes - pas d’espace de séchage pour les serviettes. '

'Can't beat the location. Clean with comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again. Rooms are small without closets but if you can get past this the location is worth the tight rooms. We parked a short walk away at the train station (free) since our truck didn't fit in the adjacent parking garage. '

'Very Nice room with fire place and Windows that made it feel like an appartment. But hallways are very very noisy. We had bad luck that we had a group of very inconsistente people that kept shouting and screaming in the hallways but it felt like they were in our room. No sound proofing at all'

'Beautiful, clean, and excellent service. The only downside is the noise in the pool area, it so loud. The outdoor sauna was nice except could hear noise from pool in it and limited space in sauna. '

'Price/quality is not right. The room was quite outdated and had an odd smell. We had to change our plans due to the closure of Jasper so booked last minute. Prices were sky high in Banff anyway but this hotel looked okay. On a positive note: room was quite big and there’s a (small) swimming pool, which the kids enjoyed till late at night. '
