'Photos on Travcelocity are totally deceiving, the location is not close to the beach or ocean. It is not possible to walk to a beach or safe to walk to the ocean. It is located close to a lot of restaurants as it is situated in the Korean English School area. The room condition was good and clean. The building condition was a bit run-down. 'The kitchen didnt have a fry pan but eveeything else. Room was nice would be better if had blackout curtins but overall i always have the best stay i have stayed in all 4 towers over the last 3 years . Its my favorite condoa in the IT Park in Cebu. They are always very nice and help you.'
