'This was a perfect home for our family vacation with three couples and an infant. The location offers too many options to list with an easy drive to several hikes and adventures. We enjoyed dinner on the back deck and the stars at night were spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed to prepare meals. The grill and fireplace on the deck provides a great space to prepare dinner and enjoy family time after the daily activities. The additional bathrooms provide plenty...

Great location for visiting both Zion and Bryce Canyon.The Property Management was fantastic at responding to questions and needs both before and during our stay! 'We really enjoyed our stay at the property and had a good time in Cedar City. The house is a comfortable place to relax. I would prefer having TV's in the top floor bedrooms as the there is only one TV and it's downstairs. It did take a little time to get in touch with the owner, but he was helpful when when we communicated. Overall we would stay there again and would recommend it to others.'

'We had the best stay at this home. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with walking trails and is the perfect place to stay if visiting Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. The home had all the kitchen items we needed and was a nice retreat after a day of hiking. The property manager reached out at all the proper times, responded quickly to questions and was very helpful with recommendations.'

'Worked great for our family. We attended the Shakespeare festival and it was easy to get to the plays from there. Loved that we had access to the pool… kids loved it! Didn’t know where they key to the clubhouse was at first, but asked the host and figured it out quickly.'

'The house was perfect for our family. We came to explore Bryce Canyon and cedar city. Easy check in process. Had everything we needed to relax and cook instead of eating out the whole time. '

'Home was as advertised which is always a coin toss. Only stayed the night but Allie was a great host always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Kids loved the treats left as a welcome package and the box of pancake mix and syrup for the morning; great touch. '

"First of all, when we entered the building we had a deja vu moment...(we stayed here in 2017) and nothing has changed, but that's ok iff it had the same qualities as back then. At least the room was clean, but in the bathroom we had no water in the sink, so we had to use the kitchenette for water. The refrigerators made a terrible noise, the air-conditioning made a noise like a plane taking off. We won't be staying here again."

"This hotel was awfull. It looks really good on pictures but the rooms are super dirty, we looked at 3 different rooms and all of them where just as dirty!! They promised us to clean the room today but no one had even been in the room all day, not even the beds were made!! We asked for a refund but they only wanted to give us a refund for 1 night, while we were in a dirty room for 2 nights.. we canceled our reservation completely and went to an other hotel that IS clean. The front desk people were very nice and understanding and wanted to make things work, but unfortunately the managers were not. We are happy we went to another hotel."
