'Very clean, comfortable, spacious. Enjoyed having 3 bedrooms. Kitchen well supplied. Suggestion: install a grab bar next to showers to assist with stepping into bath tub.We would consider returning. '

'We loved the pool, the yard and play area in the back. We loved the movie theater room and the pool table, arcades. We had a few problems but the property manager was available and was accommodating. There is a portable high chair and a pack-n-play and a crib. There are two laundry rooms. Our family has a lot of fun. There were also some indoor games and puzzles and swimming pool toys. '

As beautiful as the online photos are, they absolutely do not do the property justice and we were blown away by both the house and the views. 'We had a wonderful stay at a cabin in Ponderosa Ranch, East Zion. The place had absolutely everything we needed—and more! A fun surprise was finding turmeric in the pantry, which saved our Persian cooking plans when we realized we’d forgotten to pack it. 'This house was spectacular! An amazing kitchen for 9 friends to make dinner, and there was ample seating! House was extremely well maintained. The hot tub was serviced every three days. The property managers were responsive to all questions quickly. Highly recommend!'

'This house is gorgeous on the inside and out. I loved how large the house was and yet incredibly cozy. All in our party felt spoiled in their personal rooms yet couldn't get enough of the Great room with massive windows and doors leading out in back. We ate every meal on the deck. "First of all, when we entered the building we had a deja vu moment...(we stayed here in 2017) and nothing has changed, but that's ok iff it had the same qualities as back then. At least the room was clean, but in the bathroom we had no water in the sink, so we had to use the kitchenette for water. The refrigerators made a terrible noise, the air-conditioning made a noise like a plane taking off. We won't be staying here again."

"This hotel was awfull. It looks really good on pictures but the rooms are super dirty, we looked at 3 different rooms and all of them where just as dirty!! They promised us to clean the room today but no one had even been in the room all day, not even the beds were made!! We asked for a refund but they only wanted to give us a refund for 1 night, while we were in a dirty room for 2 nights.. we canceled our reservation completely and went to an other hotel that IS clean. The front desk people were very nice and understanding and wanted to make things work, but unfortunately the managers were not. We are happy we went to another hotel."
