'First of all, when we entered the building we had a deja vu moment...(we stayed here in 2017) and nothing has changed, but that's ok iff it had the same qualities as back then. At least the room was clean, but in the bathroom we had no water in the sink, so we had to use the kitchenette for water. The refrigerators made a terrible noise, the air-conditioning made a noise like a plane taking off.
We won't be staying here again.'

Only one of three ice makers was working, and that machine was empty.
The floor where that ice maker was located was filthy with dirt and garbage. Front desk staff was informed, but over 24 hours later the same dirt and garbage was still there.
Several large shipping containers were covering up about a dozen parking spots. Had to park some distance from our room door as a result. The motel does not have...

'The cabin was clean and comfortable. The ad we had said to pick up keys by 6:00. We were there at 5:30. We were grateful that a folder was left for us because it was closed when we arrived. We never saw a single staff member while we were there. The reason for the low rating was the outside of the cabin and where it was located. We are both in our 70’s and our cabin was at the back of the resort. There were not any restrooms located in the back. They were all in the front. The restroom and...

'This hotel was awfull. It looks really good on pictures but the rooms are super dirty, we looked at 3 different rooms and all of them where just as dirty!! They promised us to clean the room today but no one had even been in the room all day, not even the beds were made!!
We asked for a refund but they only wanted to give us a refund for 1 night, while we were in a dirty room for 2 nights.. we canceled our reservation completely and went to an other hotel that IS clean.
The front desk people...
