'The staff is amazing. I choose this hotel every time when transporting my daughter back and to college because of the friendly staff. They always welcome you with a smile and always make you feel like you home. Being from down south I love the hospitality!!!!! The food is not great which is not the staff fault but that’s what restaurants are for and someone else may enjoy the breakfast. (I’m very picky eater) '

'I am never disappointed by Hampton Inns. This facility was clean and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very professional. My room was clean, I had daily housekeeping services, and the parking lot was well lit. I highly recommend this hotel!'

'We stayed here for 2 nights in a comfortable suite. The property was very pleasant, as were the staff. Parking was easy and safe. Strange that a hotel of this class doesn't have a bar or restaurant though. I know they offer a glass of wine in the evening, but having to walk 10 minutes to find somewhere to go for a nightcap we found unusual. Feels more like a wedding venue than a full-service hotel. Breakfast was very good.'

'The hotel is dated and dark and needs upkeep. I paid for a king-size room, but the internet connection didn't work there, so I had to be moved to a double, which was just as dark, with torn carpet and broken lampshades. The internet connection did work there, but the TV stopped working after a while. The following day, I was offered to move to other rooms, each with different problems of their own: loud air conditioning, and no internet connection again (even though it was an "upgrade"). I...
