'The older guy that does breakfast or works at the desk is rude and has a nasty attitude. He told me that it is against the law to transfer me over to a room for a guest which was a friend of mine. That is not correct, I work at a hotel now. You are not allowed to give out room number information, tell anyone about a guests room number, let anyone in the room that’s not a registered guest in the room and if you mistakenly give out a guest room number while telling them about where their room is...

'No service offered at all. People are not friendly, pool is ugly. Had to debate at hotel lobby to get our room cleaned. In standard they only do it after your trip. Disappointed experience '

'This property has potential and we had a mixed experience here. The pros: the hotel is conveniently located off the highway, there is plenty of parking, there is a Publix a short driving/walking distance away, the buffet breakfast is plentiful, the staff (especially Phyllis, Mica, and the gentleman who worked the desk in the evening) were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, check-in and check-out were easy, bed linens were great. 'There is a foul smell from bathroom shower drain.'

'The room carpet had so many stains and they gave me the worst room. The entire hotel smells like rotting sewage. They dont maintain the property at all. The shower drain water would not go down and the floor tiles were slanted. Room smelled like cigarettes and so did the towels. Mold on the tiles of the bathroom... got a refund and got told to wait until 2 am to see if there would be a new room. No thanks, I went to the Marriot.'

Until This Stay at an Extended Stay Hotel, I never even imagined that such stay could be as welcomed and satisfying as This one. After nearly 4 Decades away, I am returning to My hometown to a new residence to enjoy my much deserved...

'Great location and parking. Although there was a slight issue at check in, the staff was very friendly and solved the issue quickly. The condo was very clean and in close proximity to the pool. Great area for walking and close to restaurants and shopping. My only con would be to upgrade tvs in the bedroom.'
