'Our room had a moldy, musty smell....Our sinuses were a mess by morning and we barely got any sleep. The air conditioning didn't work very well and the fridge didn't either. The bathroom counter was all chipped up and the furniture in our suite was dirty and worn.'

'Very unique property. Nice room. Downside to being an old mill was sounds echoed. We had very noisy neighbors across the hall. We called the desk to complain and they handled it promptly but something to note.'
