'Great access to the gym. Bar and breakfast attached to the hotel. Helpful, friendly staff. Had to go to the front desk for TP and hand soap. Received what I needed but should have been in the room. Not a deal breaker but an obvious thing that could be corrected. '

'Asked multiple times to get room cleaned and it never happened in a 3 night 4 day stay, had to call for towels. Pitt bosses are rude, rules are so strict it makes gambling no fun.. staff and dealers were nice for the most part but for what they charge on a room in a casino and not to clean it once is a little insane.. The gym is also pathetic for a resort. '
