'Pretty scary part of town'

'I requested a handicap accessible room while i am grateful to have been on the 1st floor;there were no safety bars in the shower nor near the the extremely low toilet.'

'The staff was not at the front desk at check in they had to be located by the cleaning lady. The hotel and the second floor smelled odd very very powerful cleaning supplies. Like they wanted to mask about smell. The room we stayed in was horrible. The AC did not work consistently, the toliet seat lid was only covering about 75%of the toilet. There was no toliet paper holder. Some of the hotel products were ripped off the wall. The water pressure in the shower was so high it hurt to shower in...

'The main complaint is that I reserved based upon the amenities that were NOT accessible. The pool and rooftop bar was closed for a private party. If I had known that, I would have stayed somewhere else. Don’t include an amenity that you are not going to honor. '

'Staff was very nice I mean the place looks decent but our room just had a really awful smell a lot of people seemed to be smoking very close to the building even though there’s signs not to. building smelled really bad just pure weed for most of our stay I really didn’t appreciate this just the fact that I had little ones with me'

'LOTS of codes to keep track of -- for the building, for your room, for the pool. We arrived early and were grateful to have our code updated so we could access our room (it did take a few tries). No staff onsite except for a housekeeper, so it all felt pretty impersonal. Our room had a mildewy smell and after an overnight thunderstorm there was water collecting on the windowsill -- the property manager did assure me they would address that immediately.'

'There is a full breakfast daily and fresh coffee available all day. A fitness center that opens early morning and is available until late night. The hospitality is great. I would definitely stay again.'
