'There were boogers all over the walls, cigarette burns on the blankets, chewed gum stuck to the head board, dead bugs on the walls and floors and it looks like it's never been swept'

'The main complaint is that I reserved based upon the amenities that were NOT accessible. The pool and rooftop bar was closed for a private party. If I had known that, I would have stayed somewhere else. Don’t include an amenity that you are not going to honor. '

'I like the art the most at the hotel , the gazebos at the pool area, and the mirror in the room.'

'LOTS of codes to keep track of -- for the building, for your room, for the pool. We arrived early and were grateful to have our code updated so we could access our room (it did take a few tries). No staff onsite except for a housekeeper, so it all felt pretty impersonal. Our room had a mildewy smell and after an overnight thunderstorm there was water collecting on the windowsill -- the property manager did assure me they would address that immediately.'

Like they wanted to mask about smell. The room we stayed in was horrible. The AC did not work consistently, the toliet seat lid was only covering about 75%of the toilet. There was no toliet paper holder. Some of the hotel products were ripped off the wall. The water pressure in the shower was so high it hurt to shower in...

'I'm so happy Dallas has a hostel and Bishop Arts is the perfect neighborhood for it. Checking in and out was super easy and straightforward. The entire property is clean and I saw housekeeping doing work every day and at different times to ensure cleanliness for guests. Parking was easy and plentiful. Lots of restaurants and shops to pop into within a mile.'

'Staff was very nice I mean the place looks decent but our room just had a really awful smell a lot of people seemed to be smoking very close to the building even though there’s signs not to. building smelled really bad just pure weed for most of our stay I really didn’t appreciate this just the fact that I had little ones with me'
