'We stayed in a cottage at Tenaya Lodge for two nights and we liked it. The room is the cottage was spacious and clean. We had access to a sitting area just outside the cottage which was nice. The cottage turned out to be a room in a 3-room cottage. It was still very nice but I actually expected an independent cottage based on my booking. This could be made a bit clearer on the site. 'We loved the ambience of Madonna inn. It’s an older hotel but there were aspects of it that made it timeless. We loved the decor of our room, restaurants, grounds etc. Loved the pool and hot tub areas. We ate at the cooper cafe twice and it was exceptional. Food was yummy and portions great. The banana cream pie was to die for!! Staff were all great! And the ground were so well maintained. I loved the little garden area! We’ll be back!!'
