'Beautiful bed and breakfast near the Grand Mesa. The room was huge and unique design. Bathroom had the largest tub I’ve seen in a while! Breakfast was fantastic!'

'This property was a classic property in Paonia. We had a very pleasant stay with a delicious home-cooked breakfast. It’s in a central area of Paonia which made it convenient to walk around. We would definitely return. The only disadvantage I could see is it is not an accessible property from what I noticed. Otherwise definitely a good choice.'

'Staying at this B&B is a pure treat! There is nowhere you could possibly find a better view. Ann Marie and Dane prepare wonderful breakfasts and great conversation and service. It is off the beaten path so if you love quiet and nature and beauty then this is the place for you. Be sure to leave time to enjoy the experience of being there. You will have regrets if you are just looking for a place to crash for a night. '

'This is an old hotel (1930s) in the mountain town of Fairplay Colorado. Quaint, a little rustic, but our stay (1 night) was quite pleasant. Everything worked fine and the breakfast (an additional $15) was delicious - fresh fruit, a choice of freshly cooked egg dishes, meats and pastry. In a throwback to an earlier time, no TVs in the rooms (no hardship for us). Staff are delightful. We will stay there when we pass that way again '
