'The property and rooms were clean. For an older style hotel it has been maintained well. The rooms are smaller but still good for a couple. It is conveniently located close to historic downtown Canon City and the Royal Gorge Route Railroad station. The Arkansas River is also walking distance.'

'Staff was very nice, the room was very clean, the pool and hot tub were very much enjoyed. The pool area was very clean. The only negative issue was that we thought we were staying in the casino area, that was not clear on the Expedia booking. Overall the property is not what is expected from the booking but the cost is in line with you get what you pay for! In general cripple creek is a quaint old west gold mine town! Also the inn was hard to locate…'
