'First time staying at a Kasa property. Very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the unit. Would stay here again if back in the area. Although it didn’t matter to us because of the weather, we received notice that the pool was under repair on the day we arrived. It was clear the repairs were well underway and had not started that day. I would suggest notifying guests well in advance in case this feature is important to them, and they may want to change their plans. '

Nice restaurants in walking distance, parking space and bus stop in front of building. Only minor point for improvement: the sofa bed in living room was oke but a bit too soft for me and to use it you have to move a beautiful but quite heavy table. '

'I was hesitant to book based on prior reviews of noise but I didn't find that to be an issue at all. The property was nice and our room on the 300 (top) level was as quiet as a multi-unit in a city can be. The building is in a great location. We spent days just walking around and exploring downtown Denver. There were tons of restaurants, bars, breweries, and fun in easy walking access. '
